AGCInc. has supported NOVAD Management Consulting, LLC in providing Program Financial Advisory Support Services to HUD's Asset Sales Office. Under the referenced contract, AGCInc. assisted FHA in managing the Asset Sales Program and advised on effective strategies for disposing of single-family, multifamily, healthcare, and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) assets.

AGCInc. supported planning, oversight, market analysis, sale-structure evaluation, transaction execution, portfolio monitoring, regulatory compliance, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) loan-sale projections, post-sale recovery analysis, investor reporting review, document management, and stakeholder communications.

A.G. Clipper Inc. served as a subcontractor to NOVAD Management Consulting in support of the Office of Budget and Finance for Baltimore County, Maryland. Under this engagement, A.G. Clipper Inc., together with Entra Title Services, provided on‑call title search, abstracting, and settlement services in support of the County’s real property activities.

The team performed a full range of title search and abstracting assignments, including:

• Easement Searches — Bringing the current owner’s title deed up to date.

• Subdivision with Back Title Searches — Updating subdivision owner title history to current status.

• Sixty‑Year Search — Comprehensive title summary covering the prior sixty years.

• Thirty‑Year Search — Comprehensive title summary covering the prior thirty years.

• Twenty‑Year Search — Comprehensive title summary covering the prior twenty years.

• Bring‑to‑Date Searches — Complete, up‑to‑date title search for current ownership.

In addition to title research, the team provided on‑call settlement services in connection with Baltimore County’s acquisition and disposition of real property.

A.G. Clipper, Inc. (AGCInc.) successfully served as a subcontractor to NOVAD Management Consulting, LLC under the National Loan Servicing Center Support contract for HUD’s Secretary-Held Loan Portfolio in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The portfolio included First and Second Lien HECM (Reverse Mortgages), Second Lien Forward Mortgages, and ten direct and compliance loan programs.

In addition to providing program management, customer service help desk support, mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, default management, collateral custodian services, cash management, and accounting support, AGCInc. was responsible for comprehensive document management operations. These responsibilities included the daily receipt, review, tracking, logging, scanning, imaging, and filing of documents submitted by borrowers, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.

AGCInc.’s document management team maintained an efficient and accurate records management process, ensuring all incoming documents were properly tracked, scanned, indexed, and stored. Throughout contract performance, the team successfully processed and imaged more than 6 million documents and managed the receipt and handling of more than 355,000 pieces of mail, demonstrating the capacity to support large-scale, high-volume document processing requirements.

The company supplies dedicated courier personnel and emphasizes confidentiality, chain-of-custody, schedule adherence and accountable delivery for government, judiciary, federal-contractor and professional-services environments.
